You may cancel your purchase at any time following the date on which we have issued the corresponding voucher to you, provided that the delivery of services has not yet begun.

Provided your call is taken and/or email is received 72 hours before the cruise date, we will be happy to issue a refund of the price you paid for the voucher. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the cruise-dated voucher, it will be subject to forfeiture.
