Cruises on the historic Bridgewater canal

Sunday Lunch Cruise

Departing from Worsley village we cruise through Monton, Patricroft and Barton crossing the Manchester Ship Canal via the famous Barton Aqueduct, turning shortly beyond the Trafford centre for our return journey. An interesting and very popular cruise with a fascinating commentary bringing to life this important feat of navigational engineering.

Who knows our journey may coincide with a vessel using the Manchester Ship Canal, Allowing a rare opportunity to view this wonderful piece of Victorian engineering operating at close range.

Cruise lasts 3 hours
