On our public cruises we will leave the picturesque Worsley village behind and head out towards Trafford passing through Monton and the surprisingly located light house.

We then pass through Patricroft where the oldest canal in the country is crossed by the first ever steam passenger railway, George Stephenson's rocket made regular journeys along here.

Leaving Patricroft behind we head over the famous Barton Aqueduct a spectacular sight of water crossing water turning just beyond the Trafford Centre for our return journey.

Chefs home made soup served with a crusty roll and butter


Prawn and crayfish cocktail

 King prawns & crayfish tails combined in our own Marie rose sauce on a bed of fresh leaves served with a crusty roll & butter.

Main Course

Roast beef 

Sirloin of roast beef served with roast potatoes, homemade Yorkshire puddings,cauliflower and cheese, seasonal vegetables and pan gravy.

Accompanied with a selection of condiments.


Wild mushroom and Gruyère cheese filo parcel (v)

Wild mushrooms and Gruyère cheese hand wrapped in crisp flaky filo pastry and brushed with butter for a golden finish. Served with seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes and a cream and white wine sauce.


Sticky toffee Pudding

Chefs homemade sticky toffee pudding served with a butterscotch sauce and fresh vanilla custard.


Lemon Posset

A classic English dessert served with handmade shortbread biscuits.
